This retreat is inspired by a deep calling to share the healing, heart-opening, centering, strength & flexibility building benefits of yoga and meditation. Throughout the week, you’ll explore different styles of yoga, including Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga.

Nestled into the tropical jungle vegetation on a hillside, Haramara overlooks the wild and rugged coast of the Pacific Ocean and its own pristine unspoiled beach. The Haramara Resort is truly eco-friendly: meals are made with fresh, local and organic ingredients, and most of the luxurious rooms have no electricity, are lit by oil lamps, have open-air showers, and allow you the true luxury of living in harmony with nature.
Our morning yoga practice will consist of mediation, breath work and a steady & soulful Vinyasa Flow set to both the sound of the ocean and Nicole’s signature rhythmical playlists to take you deeper into your practice.
Afternoon yoga practices will be a nourishing mixture of Restorative and Yin yoga with guest teacher Sona Sippy (Learn more about Sona HERE) and Slow Flow & Restore with Nicole.
