Nicole is thrilled to be co-creating another Friday evening event with the beautiful and talented musician, singer & sound healer Lucia Lilikoi.  

Nicole will lead a fluid, grounded Vinyasa flow class with the intention of preparing the body, mind and nervous system to receive healing thru sound.

Following your yoga practice, Lucia will sing & play the crystal bowls for a deeply relaxing, extended savasana sound bath.

This event is perfectly placed to allow community, sound and yoga to continue to inspire, hold and expand You.

Lucia has a background in Classical piano and studies from the Madrid Conservatory, Vocal Jazz and composition from Berklee College of Music, Interdisciplinary Studies and Sound Healing from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), and vocal improvisation from a master Lucia continues to study from allies and masters alike, and works as a musical mentor to kids in the Bay Area.
