This power yoga level 1-2 class is appropriate for students who have a minimum of 10 vinyasa flow classes under their belt. At the same time it offers the more seasoned practitioner the opportunity to up level and work their way into more advanced postures. As with all Pad classes, it is sure to be fun and challenging, complemented by upbeat contemporary music!
